Hi, I’m Ashley, a watercolor artist based in Edinburgh with a deep love for animals and storytelling through art. I work alone in my small home studio, where each portrait is lovingly hand-painted.Before focusing on pet portraits, I spent years as a professional caricature artist. That experience taught me how to quickly capture personality, expression, and emotion. I don’t just paint what I see in a photo; I aim to capture the heart of your pet, the spark that makes them special.When I’m not painting, you’ll probably find me chasing good light, fussing over paper textures, or sneaking treats to my dog, Oliver.Thank you for supporting independent artists.
